Colonisation of GJ 887 b

After the discovery of the Slipstream (TODO, when?), the people of Earth were able to launch a colony ship within 20 years that would take them to Gliese 887.

The trip would take about 12 Earth years while, due to the effects of time dilation, the travellers would experience only 5.3 years.
